Your role

You will be in charge of:
- Detect and attract the best talent to Volcanic Internet
- Candidates screening in order to know if the candidate matches Volcanic culture
- Once hiring is complete manage the Onboarding process

Requirements

  • Teamwork. At Volcànic we always work as a team and the solutions to the problems are openly discussed. 
  • Proactive.
  • Organisational and communicative capacity.
  • English: read, written and spoken. 
  • Knowledge of most common technologies used nowadays. For example, you need to know if a programming language is used for backend or frontend or know what is AWS.
  • +2 experience in similar roles (special focus on IT recruiting)

Other

  • The recruitment process consists of an interview (in person or remotely) with managers and / or someone on the team
