Aqu\u00ed os explicamos algunas semejanzas y diferencias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semejanzas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los dos tienen capacidad de <strong>seguimiento de tiempos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Los dos utilizan un sistema para <strong>organizar la agenda de contactos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Los dos incluyen la <strong>gesti\u00f3n de proyectos o la planificaci\u00f3n de tareas\/actividades<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diferencias:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El de CRM es para las <strong>relaciones y datos de los clientes<\/strong> y se centra en las actividades externas de un negocio. El de gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, en cambio, se centra en objetivos y proyectos dentro de la empresa y juega con fechas, plazos y presupuestos.<\/li><li>El software CRM es para el <strong>soporte al cliente, interacci\u00f3n y seguimiento<\/strong>.
