Volcanic Internet, S.L. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Volcanic Website:

  1. Clutch widget (3rd Party): Containing three links with no discernible text, two of them pointing to the same target because we have no control over 3rd Party code. We're planning to create an "in house" fully accessible version of the widget, simplifying links from three to one, using discernible text for it.   2. Clutch widget (3rd Party): Containing three links being opened on a new window/tab without notice, going against the principle of Guideline 3.2 (Predictable behaviour) because we have no control over 3rd Party code. We're planning to create an "in house" fully accessible version of the widget, giving users advanced warning when opening a new window.   3. LiveChat widget (3rd Party): Even though the chat is fully accessible and keyboard operable, the navigation is a little bit verbose when using a screen reader (announcing table rows and columns to complete a simple two input fields form) because we have no control over 3rd Party code.
