As an Asana Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for helping companies transform the way they work through the strategic implementation of Asana, team training, and workflow optimization.
The tool is designed to enable efficient work, but the real challenge lies in ensuring that teams adopt it and integrate it into their daily routines. Your role will be to design the best way of working within Asana and train teams to successfully adopt it.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Asana in complex projects involving multiple departments.
- Design advanced workflows and creative solutions tailored to the needs of each organization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives and project managers.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure team adoption of Asana.
- Monitor the impact and results of the implementation through reports and data analysis.
- Analyze and map clients’ business processes to optimize them within Asana.
- Help companies become more productive, efficient, and organized.
- Provide post-implementation support and follow-up to ensure the success of the changes.

Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or the implementation of digital tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops.
- Strong ability to analyze and improve business processes.
- Ability to lead organizational change and drive the adoption of new tools.
- Proficiency in Asana or experience with similar work management tools.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (depending on the target market).
- Proactivity, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Holding the following certifications: Workflow Specialist, AI for Work Skill Badge, and Asana Foundations Skill Badge.
Nice to Have
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in spoken and written Catalan.
- Experience integrating digital tools.
