Both companies act as joint controllers of data processing, a situation governed by a joint controllership agreement between both entities and always in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as other applicable data protection regulations, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). Volcanic also acts as the website controller under these regulations.
